Electro floating around 120 BPM. More Brokntoys, more TRUST, and an old tune by Überzone to close the show.
Due to a scheduling conflict this show did not air live on aNONradio. It was recorded a few hours later than usual and is available for listening at mixcloud. (This episode was previously available at rb387.net and mega.nz as well as on this website).

OK, it appears there's a scheduling problem on the icecast server. My show can't go out live tonight, so I'll record it and put it up on mixcloud tomorrow. And contact #aNONradio to report the problem.
Another ~130 BPM electro show, following on from last week. Less angry this time. Features three (new-to-me) tracks from TRUST and a couple old ones from Underground Resistance.
This mix is no longer available for download from this website. It is however available at mixcloud.
~132 BPM electro, moving from unsettled to combative to sad and angry.
This mix is no longer available for download from this website. It is however available at mixcloud.

I was just searching for articles about that and they're hard to find now.
I've been in a few other demonstrations, protesting the war in the early 2000s, but those were all peaceful. I sat out Occupy because I was drunk most of that time.
Part of me wants to go downtown for these protests, but another part of me says the last thing they need is another white kid from out of town. I don't know.

I was at Pioneer Courthouse Square on New Years Eve 2000 when people gathered only to find out the city didn't have an event planned. Cops showed up and started giving orders, the people reacted by surround a group of cops and one car. The cops then used tear gas [EDIT: in retrospect was probably a smoke grenade] on the crowd; the crowd dispersed into the city, smashing windows as it went. That seems like a modest police response in retrospect, compared to what's going on now.

I'm horrified by the police violence happening right now. I want to curl up in a ball and just sleep forever. Actually, no, what I want to do is get drunk for like a week. Not going to do that, though. I'm still on my sober year.

Hey, Death Guild is on. I missed it the last few weeks due to a combination of sleep and bad mood. I'm glad they're still going.
They're live over on the #DNALounge webcast right now. #goth #industrial music until 2:30 AM PDT.
90 BPM beats and pieces for the end of May. A few long songs, a few short ones.
This mix is no longer available for download from this website. It is however available at mixcloud.
I hate talking to someone while a TV is on in the background. I feel like the TV is usually talking TO you, competing for your attention. Especially the news. Talking over it is difficult.

I-F is DJing right now over on the Intergalactic FM festival video stream:

I think this is the last performance of the festival.
I was craving sugar, so I walked down to the corner store and bought candy. I learned that candy has gotten more expensive, and I"m bad at selecting it. I went straight for the brand-name stuff. Total amateur move. Spent way too much money as a result.

I should really try to write up these little tracklists faster. I usually get hung up somewhere, though. It takes me about three days to name the show, decide what to say about it, etc.
I guess that's fine.
