Recently switched from black to green tea after having drank black for around seven years. Already my head hurts less in the morning & I feel less, I don't know, anxious? jangly?

I've been drinking tea daily for over 20 years & most of that was green so maybe I'm just more used to it. Could be the lower caffeine content too, of course.
