I had planned to think sunny thoughts, but this happened instead.

Solar Cycle by The Sentinel and Sonar Base #10 by Sonar Base are the standout tracks for me. Sonar Bases 4-10 is exceptional. The Sentinel's Critical Phaze EP is new to me, so I haven't had as much time to digest it, but it (and Solar Cycle in particular) is also very good.
This mix happened because I recently purchased the first five releases on Pyramid Transmissions. I've only scratched the surface here with the two Pyramid tracks in this mix (Psi Spy v Formless and the Ossacip track). There's some beautiful, spare, clean electro on these releases. Reminiscent of the first years of Touchin' Bass. Can't recommend the label enough. I'll definitely be playing more of their releases over summer.
Next week will probably be more low-key. Maybe some disco. We'll see.
