There's a lot of Debonaire in this. The Octagon of Opposition MP3 release on his label Debonaire Records is one that stands out here. Basslab and Sonic Beatz III are excellent, and so is Battle Droid (Bonus Beatz) which didn't make the cut this time.
Darxid's Bass Operator EP is another very good late 2000s MP3 release. Bass Operator, Subsonic Generation, Flashback.
It's hot and a bit humid here in Oregon.
