Electro & IDM at 120 today, light & easy for 40 minutes, a bit more tough at the end. This mix features new tracks by Permutation and Stratos Zero plus a couple old pieces from Dominance Electricity.
This one's coming in a day late; I needed a break on Thursday.

The two new tracks this hour are #7 Manifold by Permutation from their Epicycles EP and #12 Modular Robotics by Stratos Zero (AKA Mitch Murder) from the Stratos Zero 2012-2022 compilation. (The latter of those two may not be "new" exactly but it's new-to-me). Both are excellent & worth a listen, Permutation's EP in particular is super smooth.
The end of this mix is a setup for and build-up to Imatran Voima's Commando, a track I've been meaning to play for years. That's one I picked up new at the record store some time around 2005 or 2006. I love the pulp sci-fi or '80s cartoon narrative of it, the wonderful cover illustration by artist Swen Papenbrock (a tribute to Perry Rhodan?), the chunky beat, the drama. It's corny & indulgent & great.
