Track #6 Catching Clouds In Outerspace by Marco Bernardi and #16 Clean Break by user404 are both from the label Brokntoys. The latter of those two is new & is available on the excellent Fifth Quarter comp released April of this year. (Sorry for talking over it, it was a good outro).

Track #10 Descending by Zobol and #14 Channel by Utopia's Cloak are both from the label Sci-fact Records. 2019 and 2020, respectively. Both good releases, unique & worth a listen if they're new to you. (I'd love to see more releases from Sci-fact in the future, Foreign Objects and Creation of a Positron are great).

Qant's Inner Shelter (track #15 here) is the other new piece this hour, released on Subtle Audio four months ago. I have it pitched down quite a lot - I loaded it into renoise and rendered it back out at -4 semitones. The original unedited version available at the link above is a drum & bass tune coming in at around 166 BPM. Good track, bright and melodic, and I'm happy to see activity from Subtle Audio.

And that's all I have in me for notes this week. (I'm feeling poorly right now, focusing on recovery). I'll be back next week at my usual time with another mix, maybe a bit of '80s electro. Seems like a good time to pull some old records.
